Depending on the way in which is was first installed when you first installed it, it will be listed as either “GoTo Opener” or “Citrix Online Launcher”. Use Programs and Features to uninstall the application.

This can be done using Group Policy for domain-joined client machines. You can add the Receiver for Web site to the Trusted Sites or Intranet Sites.
